In partnership with the Qee centres, the GoodPlanet Foundation is running Hatha Yoga classes every Sunday from 11:15am to 12:15pm.

Discover this “gentle” yoga in the hands of a specialist instructor, before spending the rest of the day enjoying an organic lunch in the park.

YOGA FOR EVERYONE

Hatha Yoga is a slow-paced “gentle” yoga. The postures are static and the emphasis is placed on breathing. Anyone can give it a try. It allows beginners to discover the basics, the postures and breathing at their own pace. It is also suitable to people looking to take up a physical activity after a long break, for older people, and to people suffering from fatigue or stress.

The yoga sessions are run inside the Longchamp château or outside weather permitting. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.

In order to make these classes available to as many people as possible, and thanks to the Qee centres, the sessions are open to visitors to the GoodPlanet Foundation at a discounted rate of €10. The money raised goes entirely to the Foundation to help towards the upkeep of the premises and equipment used for the classes and to help keep our activities free of charge.

ABOUT QEE

Our yoga classes are run by instructors from our partner Qee centre. A recognised specialist in yoga, pilates and mindful exercises for almost 10 years, Qee has developed extensive knowledge and experience in well-being and stress reduction.
