The GoodPlanet School offers a broad range of workshops including a new arrival: cooking at the Domaine de Longchamp! Our 70 m² educational kitchen is built to accommodate groups and allows you to give your pupils a concrete look at the concept of food that is more respectful of both nature and humans.

Other new additions, for all levels, include tiny tots workshops for little ones, zero-waste workshops and workshops on the the topic of energy & climate. As always, these workshops are aimed at schools, out-of-school clubs, recreational centres, associations, schools for disabled children, and more generally structures dedicated to young people in general.

The workshops last forty-five minutes to three hours, and are run by mediators from the GoodPlanet Foundation or by our partners from Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

For more information, please contact us at: RESERVATION@GOODPLANET.ORG

NB: All of our slots are fully booked from February to June 2020. Please get in touch in April 2020 for information on the programme for the upcoming school year: September 2020 – June 2021. New workshops will be added to the list, so stay tuned!

Discover the Mission Énergie programme!

GoodPlanet is launching the ‘Mission Énergie’ programme in partnership with the French Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition. An ambitious and innovative project to raise young people’s awareness of energy savings, notably in the form of workshops run at the Domaine de Longchamp, but also and above all as part of educational tools designed for teachers and schools available to use.

==> Full information is available on the dedicated project website: www.missionenergie.goodplanet.org

Mission Énergie is based on five main components:
A website run by young scholar Ava alongside Sunny, her inseparable sidekick. Dozens of educational fact sheets on energy and energy savings, each adapted to three levels (Primary/Lower Secondary/Upper Secondary) as well as workshop sheets and a new video presented each month by Jamy!

An escape game at the GoodPlanet Foundation to encourage energy savings through play. Young people are taken to the heart of two very different worlds: Clara’s apartment and the Energy Simulator, where they are in for fun and unique adventures.

The Mission Énergie Bus: a mobile initiative designed for schools and families across France with an array of workshops on energy and its challenges.

A network of civic service ambassadors trained to lead activities and workshops on energy and energy savings.

Nature workshops for children

Because we also want to include groups that are generally excluded or from underprivileged backgrounds, associations working with the socially or economically disadvantaged can also take advantage of free access to these workshops on presentation of an INSEE certificate for the current year. We hope that this catalogue provides an alternative to traditional outings, so that your pupils can enjoy spending time in the great outdoors at the heart of Paris.
