During this discussion, speakers will expose to the audience the special relation between climate change and specific judicial tools to tackle this issue ie. enquiries, procedures, advocacy. They will also make a presentation of relevant judicial cases that have been introduced to courts so far, among others the case of Exxon in Ecuador.
